This page explains what information BTC Cycle Bottom Radarcollects and how it's used. We try to keep this simple: we collect the minimum we need to run the alerts feature, and nothing more.

What we collect

• Email address — collected when you request a sign-in link or set up an alert, so we can send you alert notifications and let you manage them via a magic link (no password).
• Alert preferences — the indicator, condition, and threshold you choose, plus whether you've unlocked the paid feature.
• A session cookie — set after you sign in via a magic link, so you stay signed in on /manage without re-entering your email every time.

We do not collect passwords (there aren't any), and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers that build a profile of you.

How we use it

Your email is used solely to send you sign-in links and the alert emails you've asked for. We don't send marketing emails, and we don't sell or share your email with anyone except the service providers below, strictly to operate the Service.

Service providers we use

• Creem — processes payments as our merchant of record. They receive your email and payment details to complete checkout.
• Resend — delivers our transactional emails (sign-in links and alert notifications).
• Neon (Postgres) — stores your email, alert settings, and subscription status.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

Your choices

You can pause or delete any alert yourself from /manage. To delete your account and all associated data entirely, email us at support@btc-bottom-signal.comand we'll remove it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the “last updated” date above.
