Our promise

If something doesn't work as described — for example, you never receive your sign-in link, or an alert you correctly configured fails to fire when its condition is met — email us at support@btc-bottom-signal.comwithin 30 days of your purchase. We'll either fix the issue or give you a full refund, whichever you'd prefer.

Change of mind

If you simply change your mind shortly after purchase and haven't made use of the alerts feature, reach out within 14 days and we'll refund you — no hard feelings.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through Creem, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider, but typically take a few business days.
