Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern your use of BTC Cycle Bottom Radar (the “Service”), operated by Justin. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
What we offer
The Service displays publicly available on-chain and price-based indicators related to Bitcoin market cycles. The dashboard, indicator pages, and live price are free to use. For a one-time fee, you can unlock custom email alerts that notify you when an indicator crosses a threshold you choose.
Payments
Alerts are unlocked with a single one-time payment — there is no subscription. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, who handles billing, taxes, and receipts. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
No financial advice
Nothing on this Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The indicators shown are historical patterns, not predictions or guarantees. Markets change, and past behavior is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or the data feeds it depends on. Don't use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Service availability
We do our best to keep the Service running and the data accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any alert will be delivered on time or at all (for example, due to email delivery issues outside our control). The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Justin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including investment losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
